Hypnotherapy with dawn

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals achieve a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility.   • Regression Therapy: Explores past memories or experiences that may be influencing current issues.
  • Mindfulness-Based Hypnotherapy: Incorporates mindfulness principles to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation.


Is hypnotherapy effective?


The effectiveness of hypnotherapy varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. Research supports its use for conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and smoking cessation, while evidence is mixed for other issues. It's often most effective as a complementary therapy alongside other treatments.


Is it safe?

Hypnotherapy is generally safe for most people. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia) without guidance from a mental health professional. Always consult a licensed and experienced hypnotherapist to ensure a safe and beneficial experience.
