Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is a structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their emotional distress or interfere with their daily functioning.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

 Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) ACT is a mindfulness-based behavioral therapy focusing on understanding our thoughts rather than challenging them. This therapy focuses on our values and how we can observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. ACT is a great treatment for anger management, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation.

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

 Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)  Similar to ACT, DBT is also a "third-wave" form of CBT and is an evidence-based behavioral model that includes mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. Originally created to treat borderline personality disorder, it has been found to be extremely helpful with eating disorders, PMDD, and anxiety/depression.
